Detox. Rejuvenate. Restore.
This isn’t a cleanse in the way the word gets used today. Panchakarma works at a cellular level — genuinely stopping, combined with treatments designed to draw stored toxins, stress and tension out of both body and mind, creates a shift most guests can still feel months, sometimes years, after they leave. This is not a spa weekend: it’s a structured, guided and fully personalized journey. Choose the pace that fits you — the 7-Day program is a focused reset, while the 14-Day program goes deeper still.

Guests come to Panchakarma for many reasons — often it’s simply the need to properly stop. Many also arrive seeking support with:
Bloating, sluggish digestion and an irregular appetite are traditionally addressed by restoring the body’s digestive fire through simple, warming food and targeted treatments.
Shirodhara and the slower daily rhythm are traditionally used to calm an overstimulated nervous system, easing anxiety, insomnia and mental fog.
The combination of rest, detox treatments and a lighter diet supports the body through energy crashes, weight fluctuation and hormonal transitions.
Herbal steam, oil therapies and bolus massage are used traditionally to ease chronic tension, stiffness and inflammatory discomfort.
Panchakarma is a traditional wellness practice, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a specific health condition, mention it during your consultation so your program — and our physician — can plan around it safely.
Each program is personalized — not every treatment is included. Your plan is designed around your constitution and healing needs.
No. Most guests arrive with no prior experience. Your consultation and daily guidance take care of the rest.
Let us know when you inquire. Meals are prepared fresh and can be adapted, though during active detox phases food is intentionally kept simple by design.
For programs of 10 days or more, our physician guides you through a medically supervised process (typically 1–2 days) to clear the digestive tract, followed by a carefully managed recovery diet. It’s a core, traditional part of authentic Panchakarma — not an add-on.
No. The program is restful by design — most of each day is treatments, rest and gentle activity, not exercise.
Yes — many guests share a room with a friend, partner or family member. Treatments and consultations stay individual to each person.
We ask guests to avoid both during their stay — they work against what the program is designed to do.
At most once a year — and less often for the 14-Day program. It works at a deep, cellular level, and the body needs real time to integrate the changes before doing it again.
It can be. As your body releases accumulated stress, toxins and tension, it’s common for resistance to surface around the midpoint, mentally and physically. This is a normal, expected part of the process — not a sign something is wrong — and our team supports you through it.
Every Panchakarma program is built around you, so pricing reflects the treatments your physician designs for your stay. The two fixed costs are your room and your meals; treatments, medicines and classes are shown below as a working estimate, confirmed during your consultation. Working with a budget? Let us know when you inquire — we’ll design a program that still supports your healing within your range.
